Terlecki Design Studio is an award winning bespoke service to manage your home renovation project. It has everything in place from design, to renovation and styling.

Terlecki Ltd is a VAT registered company with full insurances and is a member of British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation (BiKBBi), Federation of Master Builders (FMB) and TrustMark. Terlecki Ltd follow the Standards & Guidelines published by BiKBBI and FMB together with those standards defined by law, manufacturer instructions and (BS).

Each journey starts with a conversation. We listen, ask questions and aim to understand what you are wanting to achieve. We want to meet you and introduce ourselves. This part of the journey will include a site visit with Carl and Taryn. We understand what it takes to complete a successful project and enjoy going on the adventure with our customers. It’s an emotional, financial and socially challenging journey and we are here to help.

Design

Each project takes commitment from all stakeholders. We take seriously each project brief we decide to engage with and have a pre-construction service that covers all aspects of the design process. We cover relationship management, team development, professional insight, design and selections, budget development and schedules. We help you go from concepts to contract.

Project Development

All adventures need careful planning. Once your project has the designs, plans, selection choices and surveys complete we start developing the delivery plans so that the project is a success. Building Works

​

When a project starts, its an exciting but invasive process. Our teams will be starting a surgery operation on your home. We take the time to make sure your have the plans, services and arrangements in place to handle this phase of the construction journey. Whether you decide to move out or stay in the property we are experienced in helping you manage this process. All our trade pro’s are certified, skilled craftsman. We will make sure that building regulations are followed and that any issues we may discover are professionally dealt with. This phase is all about getting the “canvas” ready for installation. It includes a sign-off and a moment to breathe.

All works follow current building regulations and are certified with the correct documentation. We are proved by TrustMark and regulated by Federation of Master Builders.

Installation Works

​

This is an exciting part of the project as products start arriving ready for installation. We have systems and processes in place to make sure that our installers have what they need when they need it so that they can concentrate on their craft. Our team works together on a weekly basis so we know how to leave and hand-over to the next person. Your project manager will check and approve all parts of the installation phase. We pride ourselves on our quality and efficiency. Each product that you have chosen is given the care it deserves.
