Terlecki Ltd was established in 2017. It was founded by Carl and Taryn Terlecki because they love turning houses into homes. Both have extensive experience in working on a variety of properties from historic Dutch Barns to South African lodges and UK houses. After a decade working in the volunteer sector with leadership training and community initiatives they decided to start this new business.

Terlecki started with humble beginnings. Carl returning to the tools, being a carpenter and his love of working with timber. His goals going from making sure he could feed his young family to now running a team of highly skilled professionals delivering completed projects weekly. Every customer’s project has a story and their story is now part of the Terlecki story. They believe that the project experience is as important as the end result and have built a strong reputation for their customer service.

Carl and Taryn have managed to build their team by recruiting from outside the industry or other parts of the industry. Their experience in training has meant that their projects are not completed by just one person but rather a team of high performance individuals collaborating together with each person concentrating on their passion and skill. They continue to support the industry’s skills shortage and are proud to have chaired the trailblazer core group to put through a new apprenticeship standard for Fitted Interiors.

Since 2017 the team have completed over 300 projects and continue to love revealing transformed spaces to their much valued customers. Whether it is a small space that needs creative attention to a multi-space project for a full home renovation the same care and attention continues to be given. Each home getting the Terlecki touch.
