If you’re happy with your Fee Proposal and choose to appoint Terlecki Ltd. for the agreed package, you’ll sign our Terms and Conditions and work will commence. Initially, we’ll book in and conduct a site visit to discuss the project further and carry out a measured survey. This typically takes around two hours, depending on the property’s size. We’ll also review your previous discussions and refine your ideas to ensure we understand your goals. Following the measured survey, we’ll create the first round of drawings suitable for a Planning or Permitted Development Application. You’ll have the chance to review these drawings and make any necessary changes for the application. Once you’re satisfied with the drawings, we’ll submit the relevant Planning or Permitted Development Application and manage the process with the local authority on your behalf.
